Established in 1984, Suomen Ohutlevyasennus Oy is a leading turnkey contractor specialising in façade renovation. The company is headquartered in Turku and works mainly in the renovation segment, but also performs facade cladding of new buildings.

Suomen Ohutlevyasennus operates in the Finnish market. Its customers are mainly housing associations and construction companies. With 40 years of experience and a strong focus on project management and own personnel, the company has built up a strong brand.

Balco Group acquired 60% of the shares in Suomen Ohutlevyasennus at the beginning of March 2024, with an option to acquire the remaining shares. Suomen Ohutlevyasennus has on several occasions cooperated with Riikku Group on large projects and through the two acquisitions Balco Group takes a leading position within the Group's areas of expertise in the Finnish market.
